Because our permanent bracelet chains are prepared and customized specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
If there’s an issue with your order, please email us with your order number and photos of the item, and our team will review your request and find the best solution.
Please note: We are not responsible for bracelets that are accidentally cut, damaged, or lost after delivery.
